1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of ursasupps.com and any purchase you make from URSA. ursasupps.com is operated by Ursa Supps LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company with its principal place of business in Indiana, USA ("URSA", "we", "us", "our"). By using this site or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to buy from us. Our products are not intended for anyone under 18. By ordering, you confirm you are 18 or older and that the information you give us is accurate.

3. Dietary supplements — important health notice

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Everything we sell is a dietary supplement, not a drug. Nothing on this site is medical advice and nothing on it is a substitute for speaking to a qualified healthcare professional. Consult a physician before use if you are pregnant or nursing, taking any medication, have a medical condition, or are planning surgery. Discontinue use and seek advice if you experience an adverse reaction.

Read the label on the product you receive, including its ingredient panel and allergen statement, before taking it. The label that ships with the product is the authoritative source. Individual results vary and we do not promise any specific outcome.

4. Products, pricing and availability

We try to describe our products accurately, but we do not warrant that descriptions, images or other content are error-free. Colours and packaging may differ slightly from the images shown.

All prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, to limit order quantities, and to refuse or cancel any order — including after it has been placed. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund it in full.

5. Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send a confirmation email. Payment is taken at the time you order. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide.

6. Subscriptions and recurring billing

If you choose a subscription, you are authorising us to charge your payment method automatically on a recurring basis at the interval you selected, at the then-current subscription price, until you cancel.

  • Introductory pricing, where offered, applies to your first subscription order only. Later renewals are charged at the standard subscription rate.
  • You may cancel, pause or skip at any time from your account or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect from your next renewal.
  • An order already charged and in fulfilment cannot be cancelled, but may be returned under our Refund Policy.
  • We will tell you in advance of any change to your subscription price.

7. Promotions and discount codes

Promotions run for a stated period and may end early. Discount codes cannot be combined unless we say so, have no cash value, and may not be applied retroactively to a completed order. We may cancel orders that we reasonably believe abuse a promotion.

8. Shipping and returns

We sell and ship within the United States only. See our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

9. Intellectual property

The URSA name, logo, product names, site content, photography and copy are our property or are licensed to us, and are protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site unlawfully, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape or harvest data from it, to resell our products without authorisation, or to submit false or misleading information — including in a product review.

11. Third-party links and services

This site links to and relies on third-party services, including our payment processor, fulfilment partner and review platform. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites, and your dealings with them are between you and them.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, URSA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising out of your use of this site or any product bought through it. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to that claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless URSA and its officers, employees and suppliers from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site or our products.

15. Governing law

Ursa Supps LLC is organised under the laws of the State of Wyoming and operates from Indiana. These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from your use of this site, are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Indiana have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. The version posted here, with the date at the top, is the version that applies. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
