Ingredients: Valerian Extract (root) 150 mg, Chamomile Extract (flower) 100 mg, GABA 100 mg, L-Tryptophan 100 mg, Lemon Balm Extract 100 mg, Passion Flower Extract 100 mg, Melatonin 2 mg, Gelatin (capsule), Brown Rice Flour. Amount: 60 capsules.

Suggested use: Take two (2) capsules daily with 6–8 oz of water.
