Ingredients: Magnesium Citrate, Vitamin B6 (as Pyridoxine HCl), Calcium Carbonate, Melatonin 10 mg, Sleep Formula Proprietary Blend (L-Tryptophan, Lycium, Chamomile, Lemon Balm, Passion Flower, L-Taurine, Hops, St. John's Wort, GABA, Chinese Skullcap, L-Theanine, Ashwagandha, Inositol, 5-HTP), Hypromellose (vegetable capsule), Silicon Dioxide, Magnesium Stearate. Amount: 60 capsules.

Suggested use: Take two (2) capsules daily, 20–30 minutes before bed with an 8 oz glass of water.
